Thermo Notes is an independent research site about thermogenic and metabolism-support supplements sold online in the United States. We are not a manufacturer, retailer or medical provider.

What we do

We read the official sales and order pages of popular fat-burner supplements and summarize, in our own words, what each manufacturer states about ingredients, price, guarantee and directions. We then compare those claims with public information from US health agencies such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health and the FDA.

What we do not do

• We do not test products, run trials or publish personal experiences.
• We do not publish star ratings, testimonials or customer quotes.
• We do not give medical advice. Our pages are general information; talk to a health care professional about your own situation.

How pages are reviewed and updated

• Each product fact is taken from the text of the official page. If a fact appears only in an image, or we could not find it, we say so instead of guessing.
• When an official page contradicts itself, we report both statements.
• Each article shows a last-updated date. We recheck prices, guarantees and ingredient lists periodically, and when a page changes we update or remove the affected information.
